Bear Stare Our Take: T.E.D.D.Y. is one of the most powerful DPS abilities in the game. Giving him another attack that works equally well against all elemental types is really powerful. This makes a great tactical squad bonus as well for Outlanders with T.E.D.D.Y. lacking it in their perk setup. |
