Increases the damage that R.O.S.I.E. deals by an extra 13%. Additionally, converts the damage type of R.O.S.I.E. to Energy.

War of the R.O.S.I.E. Our Take: Very beneficial perk. Works out well in missions saturated with elemental husks, like in higher end zone missions. Converting the damage type to energy allows you to buff the damage with the "Energized" support squad bonus instead of the "Ability Damage" support squad bonus. Allowing you to get an increase in damage from your energy based weapons. At the cost of a minor loss in Hero Ability Damage by using an Outlander over a Ninja in your support slot. |
