Eclipse Warden
Eclipse Warden Champion Loadout
Greenwarden Ruarc has proven to be a major bane to the Amius encounter. His entire kit is meaningful in some way to this fight from his A1 to his passive shield. The first way Greenwarden helps your team is by having two ways to place Decrease Attack. Which is a major thorn in Amius side. One as a debuff he places with his A2 ability you can use when it's not on cooldown and another as a debuff transfer with his A1 during the eclipse phase if any Increase Attack buffs get flipped on him.
His major and best use in this fight besides that crucial debuff is his A3 with the Taunt, Increase Defense and Strengthen abilities. This allows Greenwarden Ruarc to focus tank all the damage from Amius A1 attack onto himself after he has switched forms. Couple those buffs with the Decrease Attack debuff and it turns Amius' hardest hitting ability into a wet noodle.
As he takes damage and others on your team do, his passive ability will also kick in to help give them some extra shielding to stay alive. All-in-all Greenwarden Ruarc is one of the best champs for defensive use that I have used in the Amius fight yet to date. He is an absolute tank of tanks when it comes to face tanking that hard hitting A1 Amius has. He can keep your team alive for days.
With the correct speed Ruarc can go first before Amius and use the A2 to land the Decrease Attack. This will cause the boss to use his A3 first to flip the buff. At this point you will need someone to remove it. Then you will want to use Ruarcs A3 when the boss changes forms, after Amius uses his A3 with the Sleep then his A2. That'll force the boss to hit Greenwarden. If you have a speed booster like Arbiter you might be able to get another turn in before the boss to use the A2 Decrease Attack before the attack. Either way you use that skill next and repeat that cycle to win.

Artifacts Description
His artifact set is less important than getting the abilities done in the right order and having some decent stats. Even though Greenwarden Ruarc is a defensive based champion, I wouldn't be afraid to build him up with a lot of health here. Depending on how many blessing stars you have on him currently as you use him. More awakening levels means more defense-used and not ignored by Amius A1 attack. So the higher the blessing, the more defense you can stack. More health will also help when his passive ability kicks in for a higher shield as well so I would go with more hp depending on how low my blessing level is.
Honestly I just used the Greenwarden Ruarc build with Affinity Breaker that I had built up for Shogun Grove and that had worked for me just fine. I love builds that have dual use without having to be modified and this is one of those. If I had to build Greenwarden perfectly for this fight, I'd probably build him in a Guardian set so he can help keep his teammates alive even more than he already does. He doesn't seem to take a lot of damage in this fight when he has a decent blessing level while other champs can be more squishy at times.
Revenge accessories are perfect for Ruarc since he has the debuff transfer A1. The second he gets the debuffs, he can just send them right back. Just remember no refresh accessories here and you will need some accuracy to land Decrease Attack. Also Greenwarden makes a great candidate for the Brimstone ability. Perception set could come in handy if you need it.
* Some artifact sets have upgraded versions available. If you have a better upgraded version of this recommended artifact set, definitely use that instead.

I went with the usual masteries for Amius that I use in the defense and support trees. Since I wanted to land the debuffs, I went down to the Eagle Eye mastery and grabbed all the accuracy masteries I could get on the way there. I also grabbed all the defense damage mitigation skills I could grab. Then Retribution and Deterrence for the counterattacks.

Brimstone

Brimstone
Level 1 Blessing
Emergency Heal might be a candidate here if you really needed it. I didn't but then again, I had a higher level blessing than just a one-star. The Brimstone blessing works well here, too. Someone should have it.
Level 6 Blessing
This is what we really want on Greenwarden Ruarc, a really high blessing level. The higher the blessing level, the easier it is to tank the big hits in Amius alt form so get your blessings up on your Ruarc. It'll make this fight infinitely easier. I liked Brimstone. Ruarc can hit a lot with counterattacks in the mix. It can help keep Brimstone up with a high uptime during this fight.
