The Stat Devourer
The Stat Devourer Champion Loadout
Krok'mar the Devourer is a very interesting arena champ. Is he a nuker? Yes. Is he an alpha strike nuker? No. Is he tanky? Yes. Can he survive some hits? Absolutely. Can he provide any utility? Stat draining is his forte. Does this work against meta arena champs? Yes, I believe so. Here is how we built our Krok'mar to survive and slay in the arena.
Despite his A2 being a better multiplier, it's really his A1 that shines. I wanted to use it as much as possible to get the stat drain as quickly as possible. Although I did build him slow in this case, I use other champions to help facilitate more A1 attacks.
Strategy Description
This section is brand new and is currently in the process of being revamped and updated to be current. Thank you for your patience as we get this new section of the champion loadouts sorted out.
Artifacts Description
Savage/Lethal seemed to be the way to go for more damage. In addition to stat draining, I wanted Krok'mar to be able to dish something back out. Not just sit there and drop stats from the enemy team. I suppose you could use him solely as a debuffer but I thought, what a waste. So I built him in Savage with some extra crit damage.
You might bring another nuker to the fight to help him. You may not. The team compositions are pretty varied with Krok'mar. You can try a lot. If you feel like your Krok'mar is too slow, go ahead and put some speed boots on him. He doesn't particularly hit that hard. It's more of a battle of attrition with him.
With that said, we love the counterattack (Revenge) accessories for this champion. The more A1's he gets, the better off the fight is going to be.
* Some artifact sets have upgraded versions available. If you have a better upgraded version of this recommended artifact set, definitely use that instead.

* There is an upgraded version of the Savage set called Lethal that can be crafted from materials gained from the Doom Tower when fighting the Dark Fae boss.
I just went with pretty standard nuker masteries. He isn't a one-shot or alpha-strike type nuker so I didn't build him to kill one the first attack. We avoided Ruthless Ambush for example. I like the additional damage on the A1 and the additional counterattack opportunities from the defense tree as well as damage mitigation.

Cruelty

Crushing Rend
Level 1 Blessing
Sticking with the stat drain in mind at the lower levels, Cruelty seems like a nice pairing for further reducing the defense of the opposing teams. I like it a lot. It pairs well.
Level 6 Blessing
At the higher levels though, I think it would be better if you gave him Crushing Rend for additional damage and have someone else do the Cruelty blessing for you. Just to provide some extra damage. It's really what his kit is lacking the most being an HP based nuker.
