Places a turret that the constructor or allies can use. The turret fires 7 times per second, dealing x physical damage per shot. Continuous turret fire will cause overheating. Turret expires after 150 shots.

Our Take: The Rotating Omni-directional Sentry Integrated Exoskeleton is an interactive Constructor turret with a very long cooldown. That only goes into cooldown after it expires. It expires after it uses it's 150 shots or the tile underneath it is destroyed. It's important to put R.O.S.I.E. into cooldown if you plan to use it somewhere else later.

R.O.S.I.E. does massive damage upon impact to a single target but has small projectiles. Best used in a controlled environment against Mist Monsters, Husky Husks or any other high health husk. It is not so good at wave clearing large hordes of husks on it's own, especially when you are being swarmed. It does not pierce shielders but does make short work of them.

R.O.S.I.E. also wrecks Outlander loot llamas quickly, like the Soldier abilities do.
