Bear With Me Our Take: Stacks with other duration modifiers. T.E.D.D.Y. is one of the most powerful abilities in the entire game. Increasing it's duration is mandatory if available as an option. Makes for a great tactical squad bonus for all Outlanders with the T.E.D.D.Y. ability. It's a great increase in up time and in overall damage. |
