Constructor Heroes of Fortnite

Constructors are one of four hero classes in Fortnite Save the World. They are building masters. They benefit from bonuses to building speed & repair speed as well as a minor reduction in material cost when building.

The Basic Automated Sentinel Edifice or B.A.S.E. for short is the constructors class defining ability. The machine's most basic version takes up one floor tile and extends it's capabilities to a base 3 tile radius, extending in all directions. It really shines in fortifying and helping to defend your structures with additional health, damage reflection, and many other abilities.

How B.A.S.E. functions totally depends on the Constructors associated perks. Some versions of B.A.S.E. are highly defensive in nature. Some actually can offer many offensives capabilities. They all start off with a base 3 tile radius and get extensions from there.

Constructors come with some very powerful crowd controlling & crowd clearing capabilities. DECOY and Bull Rush really shine at keeping husks off of your walls and objectives. Plasma Pulse helps to melt those husks away. The R.O.S.I.E. can make short work of any husk type.

Constructors can excel at melee combat with the right hero loadouts. They have high innate health and shields to help keep them upright in the midst of battle. Focusing primarily on Hardware and blunt weaponry. There are many unique perks and weapons in the game that help to make this viable and extremely fun. Especially in a group setting.
