Farming Basic Materials

Common materials of traps that are needed for just about everything include Nuts 'N' Bolts, Planks, Rough Ore and Batteries.

• Nuts 'N' Bolts: These come from just about anything you can find that is metal. One of the greatest sources for these is in Industrial Park maps. Look for the transistor station.
• Planks: Used to craft traps and weapons. These come from just about anything that is wooden in the game. Trees have these in abundance. Forest maps have tons of trees.
• Rough Ore: Used to craft melee weapons and traps. Commonly found in rocks. Rocks are everywhere.
• Batteries: Used to craft powered weapons and traps. Found in mechanical items that are powered. Cars have batteries. Appliances have batteries. Lawn mowers have batteries.

Commonly found but seldom used items include Adhesive Resin, Coal, Duct Tape, Flower Petals.

• Adhesive Resin: You can craft Duct Tape using this. One of two components. Often found in plants in the environment.
• Coal: You can craft Blast Powder using this. One of two components.
• Duct Tape: Is used in crafting only a handful of traps and weapons. It can be crafted from 3 Fibrous Herbs and 1 Adhesive Resin. It can also be found from destroying rubber duckies found in various parts of zones like pools, ponds and deep caves.
• Flower Petals: Used to craft the healing traps Cozy Campfires and Healing Pads. Often found in flowers and other plants you can interact with in the environment.

These materials are used to craft ranged weapons. Different rarity of weapons use different materials to craft. They also use different quantities.

• Active Powercells: Used to create Legendary ranged weapons. Requires one Active Powercell per weapon. Mostly found from eliminating bosses. Also found when destroying garden gnomes.
• Rotating Gizmos: Used to create Rare and Epic ranged weapons. Requires one Gizmo per Rare weapon and three Gizmos per Epic. Mostly found from eliminating bosses in low level zones.

Some of the rarer materials you will find include Quartz, Blasting Powder, Fibrous Herbs and Bacon. Mmm, bacon. Mmm, toilet bacon? Yikes!

• Quartz is needed to craft all kinds of different weapons and traps. It is a very valuable material and one of the harder ones to come by. They drop very rarely from Stone and Metal ore nodes found on the outskirts of the maps.
• Blasting Powder: Used in the creation of some ranged weapons. Can be found in the world but can also be crafted using four Rough Ore and one piece of Coal.
• Fibrous Herbs: A very valuable material that is used to create Gas Traps and Healing Pads. Most commonly found when looting plants and flowers. There are a few places in the game where you can find these in abundance. Such as when you destroy the burning man effigy in the hay maze in Ghost Town maps.
• Bacon: One of the rarest and most valuable materials in the game. Used to create some very invaluable traps. This can be found just about anywhere it shouldn't be. Like toilets, port-a-potties, sinks, corn fields. You name it. Often found in Can-O-Meat cans hiding around in maps, usually on the outskirts of the map.

Besides basic materials, we have limited materials, which are much harder to come by. Some can still be found anywhere like Mechanical parts from cars but others have to be found in specific areas or parts of zones to be acquired.
